Having lived in the South West, the situation with the Duchy of Cornwall is beyond absurd. It is literally a feudal system, and they are terrible landlords. And the fact that they wangled an exemption from the new law enabling leaseholders of standalone properties to buy out their feu-holder is disgraceful. If William has any integrity, he will start the process of modernising the legal foundations of the estate, giving his tenants more rights, introducing transparency, and paying tax.

He is the embodiment of the civil society as a democracy .He is your monarch whether you like it or not because we are all subject to the law. You should make a study of political systems, do more reading and more thinking, especially the latter. I have lived and worked in any societies, and have experience more true liberty in countries with a monarchy and a state church. The head of state should be separate from the political society. , What happens when that is not the case is demonstrated by the absurd paralysis of will caused by Trump in the USA and Putin in Russia. Germany and France are special cases. Germany's case is interesting, because the inherent tensions in Germany were resolved by the allies in the wake of the last war, France's problems originated from the ruptures caused in reform by the gratuitous invasion of France by its neighbours because the original intention was to create a constitution like that in Britain. Every country has a special historical context and that is quintessential to its national government. If you remove the monarchy, which is quite a separate matter from Royalty, and its personnel, you will be driven to unstable expedients which disrupt the precarious balance between the separation of powers. I have argued that the Privy Council should be purged of its membership of the current administration to strengthen the monarchy against a Boris Johnson , and the law officers of the crown should not be appointed by prime ministers, but by the Privy Council ,and, when we were in Europe, before cretins took us out in a gesture of such self destructive absurdity, that the elected Euro-MPS should be members of the house of lords whilst elected, that the law lord should return to the lords and that we have ex-officio members of the lords such as the Secretary General of the CBI and the TUC. These reforms would serve more purpose than working off ones inferiority complex and resentment about monarchy. Grow up!! As for the Church of England it has potential as a Chaplaincy of all faiths and Humanists to oversee the National Health Service. That the public utilities should be re-nationalised and managed for the nation by agencies in the institution of monarchy. Constructive statesmanship comes from retain the ligatures of structure so that politicians can get on with the work they are supposed to perform which is to rectify, correct and install such mechanisms in the civil society that advance the social and economic liberty to all element of society rather than fermenting unrest and division which is the only resort of the current Tory Party.

As an Irish woman listening to this, all I can think is how blinking fortunate we are not to have the stranglehold of corruption and oppression that is the British Establishment to contend with like Britons have decided to do. Thankfully, three momentous things happened as soon as Ireland won independence from these cretins, three things that ensured they and their ilk were gone forever: (1) A body called the Land Commission was established which oversaw the mandatory purchase of all leased lands from the British aristocracy, with full ownership automatically transferred to all occupying tenants. The notion of "Leaseholds" was abolished and replaced by Freehold-only ownership of property (ie, 100% outright ownership). These measures wiped out the landed gentry in one fell swoop. (2) Local people throughout the country burnt down over 600 (yes, six hundred!) aristocratic houses owned by the Establishment classes, forcing the vast majority to flee to the UK for sanctuary, never to return. (3) The most complete form of PR (Proportional Representation) was immediately adopted as the country's electoral system - one hundred years ago in 1922. This form of PR is known as the Single Transferrable Vote (STV). After 50 years of PR, a referendum was held in 1975 to retain/reject PR and the people chose to retain it. Watching how British society has evolved to what it is today (divided, profoundly unfair, under-performing, etc), I am constantly reminded how grateful I am for our heroes who were executed in 1916 (Easter Rising) and who posthumously achieved our independence. They were not professional soldiers. They were artists, writers, teachers and poets. In other words they were us, the people. Why are Britain's people so passive and at ease with their country's overt oppression and deprivation? Why is there not even one aspirational group planning for its ending? Why the deafening silence from the artists and writers, the teachers and the poets?

Big pharma make huge profits. Where as herbal medicine is given freely from God. Most pharmaceuticals come from plants, plants produce secondary metabolites called alkaloids, these are used in many medicines but they are messed with in a lab and the active constituents are Extracted which then cause the unwanted side effects. Herbal medicine should be used synergistically.
