I always wash with cold water, and it still shrinks, even the dryer is put to the lowest temperature. What can I do? As a tall guy it's a real struggle to wash clothes!

If you are tall and slim / tall and muscular like me, just wash your clothes on cold with no fabric softener. take them out of the washer when they are done and briefly iron them on a low setting, just enough to knock out the wrinkles. then hang and air dry them. all of my shirst fit so good after i started doing this. im 6'4 219lbs broad shoulders, i buy slim fit large shirts. and for button up shirts i buy slim fit large tall shirts. hope this helps someone.

I got this pair of merino wool blend blend socks, good for size 10 to 13 and I am 10 and 1/4, but it kept getting loose and I have to pull it up. This guy said to put it in washer and wash with hot water, then dry it in the drier it will get smaller. Is that the right way does that work? Won't it ruin the sock since it recommends warm water to wash?

So should I wash shirts separate from pants ect ? Or is it just the color that matters

Whenever I wash brand new clothes, I always hang them up and let them dry and I wash them in cold water. But the second time I watch them I can throw them in the dryer and they won't shrink from there on out

My polo shirts say 40 wash but I put them on 30 wash to be on safe side

wrong! all my preshrunk clothes always shrink. just buy one size up and be happy with hot water wash and fast dry

I have a pair of rayon pants that I wore twice, washed ON COLD then let dry in the sun and they still shrinked. I was soo disappointed because I had experience w/shrinkage before w/rayon, so I knew exactly what to do and the pants still shrinked. I don't understand. :(
