Intuitive Eating has a good concept - love your body & don't diet. BUT is eating anything you're craving at any time you want it, really good for you?
As Christians, we are called to use discipline & self-control in our lives. That's why Intuitive Eating falls really low on my list.
While I encourage my nutrition clients to listen to their bodies, I also encourage them to listen to the Holy Spirit & Sometimes He will say that a supreme pizza is okay & sometimes He will say that it's not.
