Well he probably doesn't talk to Cops normally, the cops kind of forced him to talk to him by kidnapping him. I still don't understand how you can be arrested for resisting arrest if you're not under arrest in the first place. They should come up with a new law resisting detainment and I can understand that then.

@@leeeel811 Resisting arrest is only a shortcut phrase, it’s not the definition of the offence. If you obstruct being lawfully detained by police then you are committing the offence of resisting.

Who pulls a gun on someone with a stick. I'm being serious. I've had to disarm a druggie swinging a stick and yelling at tourists before and it didn't require any training. Hell YOU could do it without a gun - assuming you aren't in a wheelchair and have worked out at least one time this past year - and I don't even know you. Cops in the US are too quick to use deadly force. He could have snatched that right out of his hand or let him miss and grapple him. This is literally Playground knowledge

You see what you want to see. Cops basically just bum rushed him in a private residence for an anonymous tip about someone being loud. The cops were told to leave multiple times and they attacked him instead. It's tyrannical insanity and people can blind themselves to it because they don't want to feel like the bad guys. Dude in cuffs is the sanest person in the video.

Second guy (Taylor) was absolutely not "fighting with the police" as the LEO claimed. He threw him to the ground at a point where he was simply walking away, which would be illegal IF the LEO had informed him that he was being detained. He didn't. He was only being verbally combative which is entirely within the boundaries of the law. All his motions were defensive as shown by the bodycam footage. He may not be an upstanding human being, but battery - even less so "aggravated" - he did not commit.

"Call a supervisor!" being shouted like it's a magical summoning spell that will *INSTANTLY* bring the supervisor there. "The cuffs are too tight!" literally said by every single jackass. They're not tight, they're uncomfortable, by freaking design, especially if you're pulling against them. "I didn't do NOTHING!" after swinging a huge freaking stick (which IS considered a weapon because it can be used for bodily harm) at cops just for showing up.

I've been in cuffs a bunch of times (training lol) and I can tell you they are MUCH LESS uncomfortable when you don't put pressure on them, by like, you know, thrashing around while screaming how uncomfortable they are.

Why did the cops let him smoke in the car? What was the purpose? Now in his mind, he’s won. Now he knows that he can do whatever he wants and they’ll cater to him. I’m surprised they didn’t go out and pick him up a cheeseburger, fries, and a chocolate shake.

Best not show this video @ police recruitment. The thankless reality of being a LEO in 2024. "Unloosen the cuffs". "Get me a supervisor". Hopeless. I feel sorry for the wife. She needs to get away from this bad scene. The system will do nothing to him. She's at great risk for more escalating abuse.

Female officers are dangerous ,90% of the time they just get in the way during violent arrests. I've watched a lot of these videos and have only seen one female cop hold her own. She's 6'2-6'3 and around 275 lbs ( new Mexico state police or sheriff)

I'm generally pro-cop, and that dude was an a-hole, but it's kinda ridiculous they can just show up at your house and then charge you with resisting for not doing exactly what they tell you. It was very cool of the one cop to give him a cigarette, though.

@@Stewpitt377Well what they told him later in the video was basically he picks something up the stick. And that was enough to arrest them even though they found nothing wrong. They heard something on the phone showed up. But I guess when you're there, you can't do anything. So you know what the copy in they're right. That doesn't seem so right that you can't go about your business. Picking up trash, you know, metal parts sticks or anything like that? No, you can get arrested for RO. E! Resisting evading obstruction.
