Honestly, it was the 2nd apartment for me, I was grinning and aww-ing, imagining Kit Kit running around the garden. The one you eventually chose too is beautiful, lovely kitchen and dining area.

The properties are lovely. 2 was really nice but the one you went for also lovely. Rental market is getting more competitive due to the increase in interest rates. With regards to referencing I still accept those that do not pass but pass affordability and have savings. Essex is a smart choice as you get more space for your money and not far to London.

Which part of Essex are you in? We are Basildon and moving to Canvey. Essex is definitely no longer the secret gem it used as everyone has realised it's London's cheaper cousin lol where you get more for your money. Congratulations🎉

I feel like you should have taken the last house and buy used white goods or buy new and sell it later. Especially if you’re going to be in the house for a longer period.
