Dido is my ethnic food. My dad used to make it when i was a child. Since my dad passed away i have not eaten dido till now. It's has been more than 40 yrs. This dido video once again bring me back to my childhood memories.

In hilly regions we can not easily harvest Rice 🌾 because of the land and lack of water , Only on certain place we can harvest the rice 🌾 But that is not enough ,So Better option to harvest corn 🌽 , Koddoo , fapaar because of the lack of irrigation, From that stuff It's better to eat dhiddoo more that Roti because of fullness , longevity, and Energy

हो अडीलो हुन्छ Dhido but the main reason was पाहाड-लेक तिर घान RICE was a commodity only for the hunay-khanay n very few land was/is avilable for planting Rice..churo kuro GARIBI ko karan Dhido was/is staple..Ktm ko haru sansarkai fertile valley ma baseko karan they r kinda Dumba in Dhido n y its taken ..
