RTO approved is only 30% wrap. Basically the car color is changed which can attract fine if not approved by RTO.

As per my knowledge such exterior modifications are not permissible by the government. Even I was planning to do roof wrap of my car but avoided that due to govt. guidelines. Please correct me if I am wrong.
