1964, over 56yrs ago, I went with my Dad for the filming of this show. Dad was the 3rd wrestler, The Great John L, 1925-2005. I was a little younger than Eddie, but hung out with him some, on the set. Time Flies

I agree. They seem like great people away from the screen. Al had a wicked sense of humor and bigger than life personality. Fred was a versatile thespian and a terrific artist. I would have loved to have met them both.

During the 1960's me and all the kids in grade school lived to watch the Munsters. And I haven't seen it since I was a kid and it's still every bit as funny if not more so as it was watching back then. Herman is definitely a Man Of Parts -- LOL !

I remember watching this as a kid, this and the Adams Family. Good clean comedy, even though it’s predictable. We need more good old fashioned shows like this now a days, even though today’s kids probably wouldn’t watch it.

What really makes the Munsters so funny is the Munster family was a true normal healthy family. The father who works a steady job, the stay at home mom, the beautiful daughter, the bratty son, the live in grandfather all dealing with the challenges of daily life.
