And Jay, if i may use refer to you as such, I'm learning that often the mistakes we think are glaring in ourselves are often imperceptible to others. And that even if the mistakes are visible, it doesn't mean we are bad or failed. I mean, you didn't get to this point of musical awesomeness without making mistakes and learning from them, did you? At some point, you were probably learning and thinking you'll never get where you are now. But you probably already know this as that's what the video was about. Enjoy the fast and slow moments and put aside the fears while you can. You're stronger than they are.

It's just a diamond among other videos! The other videos of Hermes are great, but this is where he doesn't mock Jay, but gives very good advice, heartfelt advice, helping Jay to make up his mind, hah. And this video is very heartwarming, because... Everyone determines for themselves how to move, and if you want to run... So you have to run, you don't have to stop if you want to!

Please tell me this is only Season 1!

Mr. Jalepeno, you have created something that has captured the hearts and imaginations of millions of people. And you did that by doing what you wanted to do. Keep doing it for you, and people will keep loving it.

So I know a couple of people who stream on Twitch and they will sing as they are streaming sometimes just haphazardly as they are playing games. They both sound amazing without even trying. One of them I will call X is so self conscious about how he sounds because he used to sing when his ex wife was around and she would constantly put him down as would a few others. When they put him down though it was purely for meaness sake. He has the voice of an angel. Finally after lots and lots of encouragement from his followers, subscribers and friends he will do karoke on stream and has even recorded a few covers on Spotify, but he is still so judgemental of himself. Then this other guy I will call S also sings amazingly. I mentioned in passing he should do a duet with X sometime and he was like 'oh hell no!' because again he is self conscious about it. He explained his Mom is an opera singer and his brother a star and he wasn't putting anything out there unless it was perfect. I told him I was thinking more fun karoke than a recording but still a no go. I understand being nervous and even having stage fright. I can even understand with my friend X that he was basically verbally abused. But I think people worry so much about being perfect or what other things that they forget about the joy of singing and creating. Sometimes that is even more important. If you are selling it or publishing it for profit I can understand wanting to be perfect, but just singing for fun should just be fun. *sigh* At the same time I know everyone has their own battles.

Finale... Of this season, right? 😢 These episodes were brilliant I love the reminder that Hermes is clever and insightful aside from goofy, whimsical and fun. You really represent one of my very favorite gods super accurately and I adore every second (Also wow the jump!)
