particle effects happen only on client side, not in the server (they don't create entities) therefore, no lag is created by having torches.

I think soul lanterns on chains hanging all over the fog from his “main floor” platform would look good. Give it a bit of light at the top to see the roots, and match the color of the diamond and beacon beams.

The roots should go deeper me thinks. especially with a fog void floor. An Omega tree deserves Omega roots. :)

So glad someone else raised this. The roots should go all the way down through the sides of the fog glass floor so they disappear. Those tiny little nub roots don’t do the tree justice.

That single bridge looks crazy good. I would not create more bridges connecting to the diamond pile. Its perfect now, it really gives it a feeling of dark treasure. Like harry potter's medallion hallow. More bridges would make it look more like a fountain or statue.

Decked out is one of those Hermitcraft mini games that inspires me to try to make something and then I never finish it since day one and it’s just sad and it’s sitting in my world list taking up space and I don’t have the heart to delete it. I am better at sticking to plans in multiplayer because grinding bad, but grinding with friends good.

Create a giant underground series of tunnels going off of your tree pit. Call them the Omega Tunnels. You can have them go to everyone’s bases and the shopping district in cool secret ways.

Great episode and yes extension of the cave system beneath with tree roots extended along the cave walls reaching outwardly to have the perception that your omega tree is well anchored.

HALLO! That bridge to the omega diamond pile (OF DOOM) is epic! For the whole room itself where the roots seep in through the floor and in the walls, I suggest adding leaves with lighting behind it for a soft glowing effect in many places. You can texture the walls with cobblestone and andesite for a natural organic look! Also add some functional places as well (smelter, brewery, etc). Great build man!

Iskall don't move your Nether portal down into the Cave Of Plunders. You'll not be able to use it if you die and lose your wings. Add more roots and water and an iron blast door for later sneakyness.

Yo I feel that a cool improvement to the new tree cave would be to bring some of the roots into the glass floor and have it cut through the 'void.' It would add another level of depth, take up unused space, and bring a real sense of scale to the mega-tree. Tree is already mega sized, maybe it would reflect well in the visible portions of the roots? Nothing cramped, just a few winding stretches of oak logs peaking into the 'void' or through it into the rock wall surrounding it.
