Hernán Jorge Crespo (born 5 July 1975) is an Argentine footballer who plays for Parma in the Italian Serie A. Crespo has scored over 300 goals in a career spanning 17 years. His honors include an Olympic Games silver medal, a Copa Libertadores, an English Premier League title and three Scudettos. He was topscorer in the 2000-01 Serie A with 26 goals, while playing for Lazio. Crespo once held the world record in transfer fee, when he was bought by Lazio from Parma in July 2000.
Hernán Jorge Crespo (*Florida, Argentina, 5 de julio de 1975) es un futbolista argentino, conocido mundialmente como "Valdanito", en alusión al también futbolista Jorge Valdano.
Se desempeña como centrodelantero y actualmente milita en el Parma FC de Italia donde se convirtió en ídolo en su anterior paso por dicha institución. Es uno de los más destacados goleadores latinoamericanos de la última década y media, 1995-2011, con un total de 321 goles oficiales, un promedio de (0,48 goles por partido). Es uno de los 4 futbolistas argentinos que en toda la historia han marcado 200 goles o más en el Fútbol europeo (3º con 235). Es el Máximo goleador de la historia del Parma FC con 92 goles y es el 7º máximo goleador argentino de la historia del fútbol.1

@Ricardo winning is largely depends on your teammates performance. One may score a hat trick in a final but if your defenders and goalkeeper decided to suck you can't do anything about that. An Injured Cristiano went on to win Euro and Messi can't win any final. The difference is the performance of their teammates.
