Yes, it's actually better to just stand there and deflect. Rank 3 NA at time of recording.
Deflecting gives 0.1 points per damage deflected, to a maximum of 2000 damage giving 200 points.
Regular bots shoot for 6 damage per shot, so it's not worth it to even slow down to deflect that, even with several of them shooting you. But the rocket bots fire bursts of 6 rockets for 80 damage each, making standing there deflecting two of them give 960 damage for 96 bonus points.
Blade gives 16.66 points per kill, to a maximum of 200 points for 12 kills.
I squeeze in 10 kills with one blade, making me suspect going out of the way to gather the pickups to fit in a second blade at any other point is not worth it.
Dash resets give 6.25 points each, to a maximum of 200 points for 32 resets.
This is easily reached just by getting to the end, so there is no need to dash the ground just to farm resets.
The "statistics" point group therefore maxes out at 600 of which I get 560.5. After that the only source of points left is to complete it faster. I only get 10/12 blade kills which means my damage deflected was 1938 which is very close to the maximum without wasting any.
There is likely a better route through the section with the snipers.
