Really appreciate your efforts. Individual content creators like you deserve more support. People should realise that it's not easy to borrow a scooter, ride it for 100+kms under 40kmph and take all the pain in getting the scooter back, editing yourself and uploading. Thanks a lot Pradeep for this excellent review and I think your the first person to perform a range test for this vehicle and that too for a production vehicle. Really appreciate the time and efforts that you put in for this. I have a few queries, 1. How is the headlight and are they bright enough so that there is not road visibility issue during night. 2. What is the power capcity/rating for both the batteries because I heard in someone's video that the batteries in it had label with different-different power ratings. 3. How is the build quality when compared to other competitors. 4. How is the suspension when compared to other competitors. 5. How long does it take to charge the batteries with normal and fast chargers. 6. Could you also perform a hill ride test and range test in sports mode with a pillion and with some additional weight in the trunk? 7. How are the rear-view mirrors because Ather 450x gen2 had some issue with mirrors not being good. 8. Which tyres are being used in this vehicle ? 9. Is the turning radius good ? Is the vehicle woth it for such a costly price when compared to others? 10. Did you face any issue with performance, stability, braking, balance, quality issues, sw bugs, and anything else that you felt was good in vehicles of other competitors etc?

There where three other options on the payment window.. AUTOVERT, Hero fincorp and other.. But I took offline mode for the payment from hero fincorp. It was much faster than online.

Thanks for the effort to show us the true range of the EV, also can you make a video on the following points comparing with other EVs 1) Comfort w.r.t. to the the front and rear suspension, I heard Vida has better suspension than Ather and is more comfortable. 2) Real time traffic display on the maps, Ather lacks that. 3) Experience driving the different modes, I believe you liked Simple One in terms of speed, acceleration and control.

@@ManieV No matter how many software upgrades it receives maps will still stutter because it needs a considerable chipset upgrade. Displaying maps is a process and graphic intensive task and there are other tasks that the scooter's chipset runs in the background.

What's strange is ola,ather,Vida all claiming 150+kms, but in real world gives only around 120kms. TVS claims 105kms, but most of the people getting 120kms in eco mode.(source: FB group) Myself using around 75% in eco mode and 25% in power mode getting 110kms consistently.

One of the important points to review (which nobody does for some reason) is to compare the rides up and down the steep inclines in the city and suburbs rather than on straight concrete roads. Then we can get a better sense of the real comparison of the motor power, the drag, the maximum weight they can pull, the actual mileage (range as it is called today) etc. On a lighter vien, in cities like Mangalore, most of us don't always need to ride on straight concrete highways every day, but we certainly have to ride too many inclines and uneven terrains, thanks to our excellent city planning.

Ola got some updates OTA which improves the range. I think the Vida will get better range in the coming months. Hence, i will wait for atleast 6-7 months before making the final decision.

I booked VIDA EV on 30th October. On 18th Jan 2023, cancelled the booking, but not received booking amount till date 05th Feb 2023. The team of VIDA is very lazy. The call service spokes person don't know the name/ contact number of test ride Centres. They don't know the exact time for anything. Neither delivery of scooter in Delhi, they dont know when experience Centre will be open. Even they don't know, when they will return the booking amount after 17 days. Seriously, very worst service.

In Tesla I have seen videos showing when being pulled (Towed) by another vehicle……the regent kicks in and recharged the battery……… Maybe you could try that and see which electric scooter does regen in that scenario and put a video on that

'OLA' with 'HIGH REGEN MODE' " ON" and try in ECO mode. So far I have tested Ather, TVS, VIDA and OLA. Best Regeneration is in OLA after Move OS 4 update. All above scooters we are having in our family except Vida.

Pradip da, nice video Thnks for bringing it first. However, you left me asking for more. I would have don that test with real world speed. Between 50-60 or 70. That's the speed normally an ICE owner rides. I liked the riding experience. Its better than ola and ather. It feels big, handling is on par with ather. However acceleration is not as quick as them. Even with two riders, it don't look like a pony 🐎🐎🐎. Kindly have a test with this speed range Wonder when simpleone will come and things will be more interesting...

I really dont get why people hate, the apply brake and motor cut off function, i dont have any problem with that in my ola, the only problem i can see is if someone drives a bike regularly then by nature they would grab the left brake as clutch, for everyone else this is a non issue, specially it makes you more efficient rider.

Real world range is 102 km...after a range related software update...my speed on eco mode reduced from 55 to 45 kmph. Before that update I easily got 110 km range with speed of 55 kmp.
