Hi let me know if my understandings are correct. So there are 2 factors Hygiene ang motivation Is the components of hygiene are absence it can leads to disattisfaction of the employee so that they are less/not motivated to do work. While on motivation it the components are present it can leads to satusfaction thereofre workers are motivated to work. But 1st we need to ensure the component on hygiene factor are not affecting the workers to attain the satisfsction. I am right? Cause i still feel at loss
