Funnily enough it is speculated the in the actual manga edition of this episode, those pictures were actually not them sleeping and something way more embarrassing. Because this was on television though, Himuriya decided to change the pictures to be them sleeping to keep it PG. it is only speculation though, your point was rather funny!
