Bunny Blanc Doll Repaint [EVER AFTER HIGH]

I got so excited when I was thinking of a way to modify Bunny. This is what I had pictured for her to look. I wanted her to represent a red eyed bunny because I think that they are sooooooo cute! I also disliked the dress that they gave her. It looked so plain to me, so I went for a Japanese Hime Gyaru/Lolita look for her. I gave her a complete pink makeover, and I really like it. Her hair looks so good curled into a bob, and I hope you guys like my modification for her :D

Materials right below:
Acetone or nail polish remover
Sealants : Mr. Super Clear (MSC) or Krylon's Matte Finish
Watercolor pencils: Faber Castle
Chalk Pastels
Brushes
White paint
Gloss varnish

I am SO happy that you're painting the details on the accessories now! My BIGGEST pet peeve with dolls are the fact that the accessories only come in one color and aren't detailed, painting wise! Except for the So Style Barbie Fashon dolls!

Yeah, but I'm glad that some Barbie dolls and even MC2 (Squared, hence the 2) dolls have accessories that have painted details on it! I'm not sure if there are other dolls that have painted details on the accessories as well, but those are the only two I know of. I WOULD'VE said FigurArts figures like the Sailor Moon sets, with the recent release of Super Sailor Moon, who has the Moon Spiral Heart Rod and Purity Chalice with painted details... SO pretty!

What the heck were they thinking with that original face? The eyes were so wonky! Definitely in love with the finished product, you should definitely consider selling repainted dolls, I'd definitely buy a few repainted dolls!

This one is my favorite of your creations. Because the original factory paint doesn't make her look like a rabbit. You gave her more a pinkish look, which matches her skin and theme. Awesome job!

You did a marvelous job. I think everyone can agree that we are all disappointed in Mattel for cheapening on details of the newer released characters. They look great in the show, but in doll form....eh. yes we still buy them, but begrudgingly. I hate solid color accessories, especially after they've painted them with other characters. and I really thought her dress would be a two piece, like Raven Queen's basic dress. Nope!

gosh i love the details you added to her outfit! even the simple things like the shine on the boot buttons seemed to add something to the doll that just *added* something to it. it looks a lot better than the original!

I wish i had your talent because i always adored the fact you can draw on dolls i actually tried this on a monster high draculaura that my cousin has (well she said i can have it) so well i failed i didnt failed on erasing the face but i failed on doing other things like drawing on the face and tried doing my own wig for the doll well i tried i probably wont do it anymore. Guess ill just watch these kind of videos :3 And LOVE THE SYTLES ON EVERY DOLL YOU'VE MADE 👍

+HeXtian You absolutely have the chops to sell these! :) If you're still not sure it might be worth your while to check out similar doll faceup listings on etsy, maybe figure out how much you might want to charge. I like your work a lot better than some other faceups I've seen for sale :) but hey, if you'd like to keep it as just a hobby, there's nothing wrong with that! ^-^

I couldn't help but notice during watching this, but her face shape and skin tone would work incredibly well for a custom Elsa doll ; A ; Also the Rose petal effect would look incredible for a Rose Quartz custom!! (Steven Universe)

Amazing painting job! You are very persistent with getting the best result. I actually did like the outfit as it was, but wow you did wonders with it - I do like it better like this! Your dolls always end up looking much more beautiful. They are so lucky to have a home with you! I can't get over how you attach lashes... omg they're just so beautiful~!

I do like what you did with her, she is very cute. Though my only complaints were that her eyes weren't the natural color she was given and though the flower petal idea was cute it could've been executed a little better. I'm a big fan of Bunny, especially because I'm an Alice in Wonderland nerd so maybe it's personal preferences. But overall, the eyes do look much better, and the outfit still was very very cute. I simply just wish the eyes had stayed green. You should try making different outfits for them more often, like sewing new ones. It'd be fun to watch and see your designs!

Too bad I still can't find MSC or any sealant at all, only the reaaaalll glossy ones..😭 And also not the doll itself😓 But there are 3 monster high dolls for sale in my teeny weeny toy store😆 Yaaayyy

You can try matte clear spray paint too, I use them and it works. It's all about layering. The more layer, the more opaque your colors will show.
