He's probably from a Chinatown in America. His friend is named Bobby and he has tatoos I think would be frowned upon in China. However, he has a very convincing Chinese accent which exaturated for comedic effect just like the American one, which he also pulls off very convincingly.

I think hes faking the 'asian' accent, because he said the first 'look' pretty well and the second one was more like 'rook', which would imply he has no trouble actually distinguishing the two apart. The American accent is also clearly exaggerated, but it sounds way more convincing than the asian accent. Conclusion: He's American
