I completely agree, not only did it match his personality but it was great for combat as well, though only Kanan actually used it efficiently, i wish we could've seen Ezra properly use it

A lot of Republic-era Jedi would have a heart attack at that design mostly because it's against Jedi philosophy. Lightsabers are supposed to be defensive weapons, not for attack. But post Order 66 Jedis and Padawans need a more practical way to defend themselves than to wait for stormtroopers to wander in to your laser stick.

For real, the Rebels are the thematic Good Guys but as shown by Rebels and Rogue One, the Rebellion and a bunch of the unassociated Rebel cells like Saw Gerrera's have plenty of agents that commit some of the worst crimes in the galaxy apart from the Empire and Sith. Sabotaging planetary infrastructure even when it kills innocents as long as it sets the Empire back like the destruction of the Star Destroyer refueling station on Bespin in the Battlefront 2 campaign, covert assassinations on critical Imperials even if they're forced to work for the Imps and actively help the Rebels like Galen Erso, framing innocent workers/civilians to maintain their cover in Imperial installations of which I can't actually recall any off the top of my head, and of course terrorism of every single kind. From crashing Empire Day parades and ambushing patrolling convoys inside of busy cities to destroying large orbiting constructions and ships without thinking first "Maybe we should try to stop some of the debris from crushing anyone". Maybe not the first Death Star but the Death Star 2 in canon and Legends absolutely thrashed Endor's surface to the point where in Legends at least, the Rebels had to build a planetary shield to save the planet's surface from destruction. And all of the Star Destroyers and space stations the Rebels blew up that would just fall straight down in pieces, like the Imperial Dome on Lothal

I read somewhere that AP-5 was supposed to be the original character design of C-3PO. Practically half of the Ghost's crew's character designs are made out of the old and unused designs for the Original Trilogy characters.

I started watching this show at literally 28 years old during the pandemic, after watching all of clone wars. It’s my favorite, and it really grew on me, it’s so so so good and funny and any SW “fan” that says it’s stupid kiddie stuff needs to get their head out of their butt.

The problem is that people seems to think that Star Wars Rebels would be as destructive as the clone wars. If that's the case, then it would break canon because according to Episode 4, the successful capture of the Death Star plans was the first major rebel victory.

I forgot to comment this, but Numa has Boil's armor because Waxer died on Umbara, the Vietnam of Star Wars, and so she only got to meet Boil after the war. Headcanon: she met Boil one day randomly and convinced him to defect but he died in their escape and so she joined up with Cham Syndulla

I just recently watched Rebels for the first time and had a real good one with it. It's a fun and definitely good show with an amazing Story. Especially season 3 and 4 where it gets more serious and mature. But season 1 and 2 were also very good. Had a good laugh every now and then and some pretty serious eye watering moments too.

52:55 If I was to fully sketch out the Ghost Fam from Ezra's perspective it would probably be something like this: Ezra and Sabine are twin brother and sister (still a sabezra shipper) Chopper is the spoiled little brother Zeb is either the uncle or the eldest brother Kanan and Hera are obviously mom and dad Rex is the cool Uncle who has problems with the dad Ahsoka is the cool aunt who is loved by everyone Hondo is the sketchy former inmate friend of Ezra that Hera thinks is a bad influence on him
