Information:
On May, 31st, 2022 At Around 11:29AM Hamiltion Fire Ladder 5 Was Dispatched To A House For A Rubbish Fire At Location Rita Ave @ Royal Vista Dr. Few Minutes Pass & Was Soon Upgraded To A Structure Fire & Eventually A Multiple Alarm Fire. A Woman In Her 30s Or 40s Was Rescued From The Roof Of The Garage & Was Sent To The Hospital With Smoke Inhalation & Minor Burns She Was Released A Day Or 2 After The Fire, 1 Male Fireman Was Also Taken To Hospital For Smoke Inhalation & Heat Exhaustion No Word On His Health But Hope He Is Doing Well & Is Healthy & Back In Service. Still No Cause On How This All Happened. (Possibly Electrical)
Estimated Damge Due To Fire $500,000.
On Scene:
Arrived On Scene Fire Was Under Control But Still Heavy Smoke Coming From The Back End Of The House. Stayed On Scene For A Believe 2 Hours Before Telling Some Officers Thank You For Your Service. Some Other Units On Scene Took Off To Head To A Rope Rescue Scene.
