How do you adjust the blade so its level? It's been cutting straight but now nothing is cutting if it's up against the top. It is sitting uneven like the clamp in this video.

Great video! Thank you! This is my second time adjusting the blade and I thought I remembered how to do it. So I turned the allen wrench bolt next to the two bolts you're supposed to turn. Now, the clamp will come down straight until I crank it down hard. Then one end starts rising again. Did I break it? Is there a way to fix that? Thank you!

When I adjust paper clamp and tried to tighten the 2 bolts 1 of them was stripped out from the factory. How can I get a replacement plate?

So I am leveling the clamp and I did exactly what this video says, but when I camp on to paper and tighten it, one side of the clamp becomes unlevel therefore not holding the paper, what shall I do??

Is there any way to adjust the blade to be more parallel the the cutting pad? I have the 17inch model and the first 7 or 8 inches cut fine, but I have to apply quite a bit of pressure cutting quite deeply into the red pad. The blade won't come in to complete contact with the pad from about the middle on back.

What do you call that red plastic bar that the blade hits when cutting? Mine is already grooved and damage, I need it replaced.

THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM. I got this machine a week ago and the clamp became misaligned the first night I used it. I followed the instructions to fix the problem, but could not achieve 100% alignment. After following these steps, I achieve around 95% alignment. 3 days later, I used the machine again. After cutting 5 sheets of paper, I found that the clamp was (again) VERY misaligned. I’m so disappointed with this machine. It’s disappointing for 2 key reasons. 1) the frequency in which the clamp becomes misaligned and 2) the inability to fully correct the problem. The likelihood of experiencing one of these problems should deter someone from buying it. The likelihood of experiencing both problems is outrageous.
