Love these kits! Don’t forget to combine the lower legs with your TR-6! Pretty cool to see interchangeable parts between the AoZ kits. The Titans blue matches the Hazel II legs nicely!

4:23 I just notice at the calf region, it's inversed between the kits, the Zeon has convex/curved inner legs and angular at the outside while the normal one is simply the other way around

Mecha should really stop doing functional movement of the ankles for space type mobile suits because the majority of the time, they are flying through space Instead, mecha should pull up images from the anime and test the gunpla to see if they can pull off those poses. Images from the manga for manga only units

Maybe it's just me, but it feels like Mecha's ranking more gunplas gold nowdays I guess this means Bandai is coming up with better gunplas as the years go by, so I guess it's a great sign

It’s definitely limited by the removal of articulation in the drum-frame designs in the gunpowder and inner-torso, and the complexity of it’s lower legs. They should really just make a fully articulated drum-frame for a real grade with full compatibility for all drum-frame designs

The barzam really is quite unique in a very cool and awesome way. Such a solid kit too.

Seems like you've done a hiccup with the captured Barzam. On promotional images, both versions have the triangular vents on the outside, while the circular vent on the standard Barzam, and the smaller slit vent on the captured one are meant to be on the inside.

What I like about this Barzam design is that it doesn't really stray too far from the original premise of the Barzam itself - a Mobile Suit made based on a repurposed Gundam Mk. II frame. Same thing cannot be said about the original Barzam design. That's just too different from the original Mk. II 😂🤣

Oh yeah the Barzam is nice, one of the fun kit that I built lately. Oh yeah forgot to mention, this is a mass produced unit, based on the mk.ii

As far as I can tell, the reason the legs pop off the way it does is to make it ready to build into a Barzam II with the Woundwort adapter parts.

I didn't want anything to do south the Bar until I saw the drum section. I love aoz drum sections!

it looks a lot less goofier for sure, but the upper arms is really quite the limiting factor in articulation. since it can only rotate in the lower arms, the rifle holding hand is stuck with only the elbow bends. if u force it maybe u can rotate it around 15 degrees on each side. the ankles are also super tight, kinda scary when trying to move them to make them lay flat on the ground

I got the Zeon version of this because I already have the regular Barzam, but these pictures make me wish I had gotten both. The Titans version just *looks* better, mainly because the red plastic seems a bit cheap looking. I do have a question though. It looks like you installed the upper legs on the Zeon one backwards, since the angled up portion is supposed to be on the front. But it does look neat the other way around. Does that affect the articulation much?
