It is ironic how house hunters who have more money tend to be more practical and less demanding. Some house hunters are just impossible to please and complain about every bit. This guy's so pleasant!

This guy was easy to watch, very chill. I lived near Tokyo for 6 years (I see this was filmed in 2009, I was living there then) and I never ever saw a place like his Tokyo apartment. I was in many nice places too! The kitchen he had in Tokyo is unheard of! I think he chose the right villa for him in Bali. I wonder if he still has it?

I live outside Tokyo now. Also looking for that place to unwind.

Agree with the people who say foreigners can't buy property in Bali, so there's something dishonest or not being revealed in this episode, like he's in partnership with an Indonesian person/company. We have spent time in Bali and have discussed this matter with Indonesian friends. We would have to partner with an Indonesian citizen to buy property in the country. Anyway, it's generally understood that, while interesting to see the housing options in the various locales, HH and HHI are fake through and through, so no different with this episode.

i dont know why i feel sorry for him. maybe because he seems alone. so much money, busy life, no mention of kids, wife or girlfriend. friends are good to have but its the type of friends you have. i dont know.none of my business though

These properties is Bali are obscenely over priced. Makes me sad because they likely bought the land for normal local price of like $1000
