Why do the kids need a playroom? What's wrong with their bedrooms, or you know, the backyard?
@vuanitahaslam58037 жыл бұрын
Narro DeLosNubes right
@RogerBliddack7 жыл бұрын
Narro DeLosNubes - same thing I was thinking. The kids will only be kids for a short time. And it's only gonna entertain kids of a certain age. The kids an play in their own room, or in the living room, or in the backyard, or in the driveway, on the front lawn, or by the pool area... or at any nearby local parks. (Just too many 'options' to choose from.) Soon enough they will grow out of a playroom... But a media room lasts forever... and it can entertain the whole family. Let the man have just 1 room to call 'his own'... in a house he's paying for - lol.
@tatyanas97107 жыл бұрын
Roger Black I'm sure she's paying for it too...
@RogerBliddack7 жыл бұрын
Tatyana S True. She probably pays also. But if they ever got divorced... She's not the one who will have to leave. lol. The courts will decide that it's HER house. Even if HE paid "the lion's share" of the mortgage. lol. So let the guy 'enjoy' his one room... Before he has to pack his bags & move back home with his momma. lol. Just saying.
@samanthainlove7 жыл бұрын
Narro DeLosNubes what Wong with having a playroom. it's more easy for the kids to play with friends and stuff.

What kids play in the living room. It's a living room not a playroom. Plus kids tend to make a lot of noise when they play when you have guests over you want them out of the way. You obviously don't have a house nor a family.

All I hear is that the wife complain too much, she has a right to get what she wants. We are not talking about buying a blouse for $18.99. We are talking about 430k. A 5% mistake will cost them $21,500. Most of you guys don't even have 21k. Would you give away 21k? Ok then, let her complain.

so I'm not sure why some ppl can write such cruel and thoughtless comments, nor am I sure if it's non-biased or bc these ppl are joyous, successful and happen to be African American. Should be no need to guess their finances or occupation. there's nothing wrong with being picky and wanting a big closet, a pool, certain neighborhoods etc..whether theyve compromised or not is their business. I'm sure alot of things were said and done off camera from everyone else's business. Buying a house is a huge investment and at the end of the day why make mean comments, watch another video or change the channel...enjoyed this episode, blessings to the couple and new addition

I thought this was a fun episode. They obviously compromised in so many ways for those of you saying she has to have her way. They looked at what was best overall for their budget (which is what you're supposed to do). They also like to give each other a hard time; it's just playful. My husband and I do it, too. Y'all can't judge a relationship on a little tv show that encourages playful conflicts. I mean, he did have a media room at the end. ;)

Then maybe you can explain to me how this couple - who probably makes not a lot more than me combined - can afford twice the house I can and appears to spend lavishly on things like clothes to the point they need massive closets to keep it all. She probably spends $500 a month at the salon alone. I'm surprised she can afford a house at all let alone kids and to look like she's worth more than a military base salary can afford. Found/awarded money? Just once I'd like to hear the show give their general financial background. The going salary for a military contract specialist is between $70k and $75k. He "works at the base" probably means he has a general labor job and makes less than her. So, let just assume being generous they make even $150k a year (like I said, being generous). Typically, that would mean to afford a $400k to $500k house, you would have to be frugal to the point of being house poor with little to no car payments, no massive shoe collection, (kids need cloths and food too). They look fairly young so there's no way they built up enough equity in any previous homes they owned to make money selling them to put towards this one...heck, they might have even had to take a loss with the market they way it's been over the past 10 years. Unless the financials are better explained up front, I'm calling fake on all these shows to one degree or another.

I couldn't believe that couple of seconds where the realtor and the wife got feisty lol. I'm surprised no one else brought this up.

I don’t see why everyone is freaking out about the kids having a play room. Idk about y’all but my parents gave my brother and me a play room so we could watch tv and it’s also a place to to store all our games that we can’t just keep in our bedrooms. We weren’t allowed to have TVs in our room so the only place we could watch tv was in the play room or downstairs.
