Traditionally for HHO production, many amps are consumed due to the dead-short condition that the the plates create. It is unexpected that HHO production can be created at such low amperage. According to Stanley Meyer, it is paramount to restrcit amp consumption (flow) for maximum efficiency. In this instance, my entire circuit (input) consumes aproximately 18 watts total. Since Watts = Volts x Amps, and I have 55 volts across my cells, it is not possible for amperage to exceed 320mA, which I confirm in later videos.
