Check out Hiboy's very first Big Wheel scooter known as the VE1 Pro. It's brand new on the market for 2022 and if you've been tossing around the idea of getting and electric scooter, I definitely recommend checking out this one. In this video we'll see what comes in the box, I'll then show you how to assemble it and lastly we'll take it for a ride to see how it performs.

are you keeping the drain holes open, knowing now that they were drain holes? Also, I am wondering what tire pressure did you have the tires at for your test rides. I am also wondering how noisy is the electric motor compared to other electric motor scooters and electric bicycles.

That gravel path would be absolutely no fun on my S2 Pro. Fortunately, I only ride it on well-paved surfaces. Even a 1-inch curb is bone jarring on the S2 Pro. I'm thinking about, maybe, getting a second scooter for when I'm planning to be on rougher surfaces.

That scooter is awesome!!! That seems a much better option for gravel trails and such. It would do well in Lehigh Gorge for you. Nice review, and I'm glad to hear the larger tire size compensates for the lack of suspension. I saw an Amish guy riding a silver Amish kick scooter past the railroad parking lot entrance the other day. Weirdly I still want one of those even though they don't have electric power. You asked, I shall give you my opinion. I liked the Pegasus best. Mainly because it's blue, of course, but it seemed to ride smoother than the HiBoy Pro. Just from watching the video you seemed to be more bouncy on the HiBoy Pro. And I would be afraid of blowing a tire while you are riding it. Had that happen on a bicycle when I was a kid. Not fun. Thank you for sharing this video with us and taking us for a ride!

Thanks for the video 👏. I was wondering if it has cruise control. That would be great. The dashboard reminds me of hover 1 type which I'm not a big fan of because of error messages that come with those type. I'll be following this one too see if it holds up. Who knows I might consider. I had the hiboy max and I sent back because one it was way to heavy and two the folding mechanism was hard to deal with being a commuter who gets on buses and trains. But it was pretty fast and very maneuverable so I did enjoy it to some degree.

I have this same scooter. I am having a problem with the front brake caliper mount being off. The front brake pads only contact 2/3rds of their surface area whereas the rear pads contact all of the surface area to the rotor. . It is easy to see the by the wear marks on the rotors. Do you have this issue also? I have checked the caliper adapters and they have the correct size markings for their mounting location.

Great review! I also have a Hiboy S2 Pro and it would be a painful experience riding on that kind of unpaved trail. There are several things I'm wondering about that I hope you can address. 1. It looks like it has a very large light. Have you ridden it at night at top speed? If so, do you feel that the light projects out far enough? 2. There was no mention of cruise control. Does it work like other Hiboy scooters; if you maintain the throttle in a constant position for about 5 seconds, it double-beeps at you, allowing you to release the throttle and maintain a constant speed? 3. Where does the charger plug into the scooter? 4. Is there a Bluetooth app that goes with it? 5. Do you feel like the kick stand is firm and easy to get to? The Hiboy S2 Pro kickstand is kind of tricky to extend as it's somewhat tucked up under the deck. Thanks!
@JPVideos81
@JPVideos81 10 ай бұрын
I dont typically ride at night. The light is brighter and shines further than the s2 pro, but doesn't turn with the wheel. The charging port is on the rear side of the deck. There is cruise control and as far as I know, it doesn't connect to the app. The kickstand is better on this one. I also recommend checking out my latest hiboy scooter review of the Max Pro.
