150g bread flour
30g cake flour
18g sugar
4g salt
2g dry yeast
20g egg
85g water
10g unsalted butter
100g unsalted butter

HAHAHAHA! That’s what I do! Sometimes I slice a store bought croissant open, spread Nutella on it then a layer of sliced strawberries or banana. I do that when my little niece is visiting because she likes to have tea parties. So I make those (sometimes our market has mini croissants) and some tiny cucumber sandwiches. It’s a whole thing, we wear fancy hats (which I collect) and if it’s warm outside we eat on our porch. Lol! It’s so fun! I’m hoping she never outgrows it.

@@MithrilMagic Sounds delicious! I put Nutella in there sometimes too but I never put any fruit in the croissant. I should really try that- thanks!

Your triangle are not enough long, pull the triangle dough with your hands a few time it will be long enough then and make a little cut in the center of the larger top of the triangle, before rolling the croissant, by doing this it will enlarge the croissant. Another thing, brush with egg wash 2 times, first before rising and second time before cooking. You will see the difference, just like the pastry shop!
