Ichiban on Davis Highway was always our favorite in college. Friends from FWB would drive all the way over just for Ichiban. It's still my favorite when I come home to visit. We always get decently priced sushi, seafood udon, and calamari.

since living in cali, I actually am planning on opening a food truck back in pensacola. I've learned alot of recipes since being here. Lots of food out here that just isn't anywhere in pensacola.

We have never been to Florida and we are finally going to visit in December! We chose Pensacola because we have heard some good things about it AND its closer to where we live lol. So thanks for this video because we were wondering were to go to eat while we are there. 😁👍

It's been maybe 3 or 4 years since I've been to Pensacola but I still have rental property in East Hill, so, I try to keep up with what's going on there. I don't know if these restaurants are still there but I really liked the Coffee Cup for breakfast and for dinner I liked Dharma Blue.

End of the Line Cafe on Wright Street past the plaza hotel has great vegetarian food, i'm not vegetarian, but i love the food they have there.

And Sammy Barker American Street on 9 mile rd. Next to Maynards Donut Co. ( the best for dessert). The black and blu burger is awesome at Sammys. And DON'T FORGET THE GREAT FRIES.

You forgot Brothers BBQ on Gulf beach hwy. great selection of hidden gems tho. I do have to say, Jerry’s is definitely not a lesser known place. It’s a staple of P-cola.

anna thedamned brought it up earlier in the comments, but Siam Thai quickly became my favorite restaurant here in town after just a couple of visits. Their green curry and Thai egg drop / hot and sour soup are both to die for.

One of my favorites is Saigon Oriental Market and Deli at 604 N Pace Blvd! Their pho is definitely my go-to, but everything I've tried has been amazing! Their portion sizes are large and their prices are low. Andd, their market/deli is always very clean. (I've had bad experiences at other Vietnamese restaurants in Pensacola. Here's looking at you, Golden Palace.)

Try Ruby Gin. Over in the old Pizza Hut building near the skating rink, on the westside.

For Taco's- "Taco's Mexicanos" on 12th Ave is solid. "New Yorker Deli and Pizza" is still very good- unfortunately, "Jerry's" is not the same/disappointing (and prices have spiked). "The Slippery Mermaid" (for Sushi) (in Navarre) is excellent- but, expensive. The best place to eat an inexpensive (yet good) lunch or dinner in Pensacola Beach is (still) "Sideline's Sports Bar"- for Breakfast- "Native Cafe"- for expensive (but good) Dinner- "The Grand Marlin". "Pensacola Cooks Kitchen" can be excellent (on certain days). "Cafe Single Fin" is solid for Taco's and (inexpensive) lunch. "Papa Nalu Aloha Grill" in Gulf Breeze can be good (their grilled Mahi and gourmet salads are excellent). "The Magnolia" is good (but a bit expensive). For fried seafood and oyster's "Daves" in Gulf Breeze. "Blackwater Bistro" in Milton can be good.

Siam Thai food was always one of my favorites and it is also behind a gas station on 9th. Five Sisters is pretty good and they feature live Jazz on the weekends. I love watching your videos! I moved out of Pensacola 6 months ago and they make me miss it. :D

There’s also The Dwarf Chicken! Forget KFC or Churches. If you want down home southern fried chicken the Dwarf Chicken is where it’s at!

El Asador as it is being called is essentially a food truck. Tacqueria Asador behind the Shell station on the abomination that is called N. Davis Hwy is extremely popular. It is so popular that as a delivery driver I refuse to do their deliveries. I have to wait in line like everyone else. This top 50 ranking sounds highly suspect. If you have this delivered expect to wait at least an hour after you start the process. We do our best but standing in line is going to take time. This might sound like I'm bitching but being 20th or 30th in line is not compatible with delivery. I'm serious about this. They have HUGE demand!

Ok... Blue Dot but for the burgers and my wife and I love the Deli Case which is located in the area behind Cordova Mall. Ask for the "dark knight". We haven't been home in years so it's nice to see some local footage of something besides the beach. :)

Chicago Bar and Grill is awesome! Chicago-based food and theme. It's it 830 Gregory Street Pensacola FL. The staff is very nice. I've been there 12 times since they opened in June 2019... You should try it Holden!

Awesome idea for a video! But dude...how could you overlook the Deli Case in that little office park off 12th near the airport? And of course...OF COURSE, Tops for burgers down on Cervantes! And now, you should try NOLA out on the beach (which might not have been opened yet when you put this video up). So. Many. Good. Restaurants in this town!

Hello there- went to Pensacola last week Nov 11th (we're from around San Antonio) and stayed on Pensacola Beach.The Blue Dot was closed. Dickeys BBQ was surprisingly good after a long drive there. A couple of Seafood restaurants were closed (everything in Texas is open on Sundays) so we ended up at The Blue Marlin and it was Excellent. Sky Pizza pretty good.Flounders was pretty bad. Next time-Blue Dot for sure! Cheers.

Unfortunately Sunshine Garden Cafe closed a little while ago. I received an email from the owner stating that they were retiring. Was an amazing place. I haven’t tried it since it’s changed locations on Navy Blvd, but Mr. Sharks is wonderful and everyone there is very friendly.

Ordered El Asador all wrong. It's a Mexican place and chicken is kinda rare in a Mexican street taco. The Al Pastor & Carne Asada are amazing. For a legit Mexican street food...get the sincronizada.

I was a sushi chef at nippon for a while hahahaha but El Asador was amazing back in the day before they added the porch. Jerry’s was better in the 90s when they were owned by the original family still and had graffiti on the walls. Sunshine is awesome. Burger Factory is AMAZING. You need to hit up Dinner India for some fire Indian (some of the best in the country I’ve had honestly). Oh and Philly’s.

Jerry's drive-in has a nice atmosphere, it's been here a while, but their food is abysmal, the burgers are average, at best. I am Pensacola native, and I have lived here most of my life except for some college years and military duty. Sadly some of the best restaurants are chains, unfortunately. McGuires Irish pub, great burgers and Irish fare, beer, Ozones- pizza and some pasta/salads (I hear is good) Sam's seafood ("A" street?), Joe Pattie's Seafood right across from Sam's (it's a market, but they have a sit down area to order food, Peg Leg Petes on Pensacola Beach, Chet's Seafood (Navy blvd) was featured on Travel channel's Andrew Zimmern's show Bizzare Foods. Coach and 4 steakhouse (haven't been in a while) Ichiban for sushi and Chinese food. Tin Cow ( S. Palafox) is good place for a create your own burgers, chicken, crab cake sandwiches, milk shakes, mixed drinks. I love restaurants with atmosphere, entertainment, music and fun. sometimes quiet is nice too, but boring restaurants usually means their food is boring too.

I love el asador...the steak is a bit better. If that place is too busy, you should check out taqueria olgys. I’m from San Diego, known for one of the best Mexican food places and taqueria olgys makes me feel at home.

Blue Dot is the best burger in town. May be the best burger in the state.
