I laid down my second camp slot here and toyed around after seeing this. I threw down a garage where your open workspace is, opted to keep only the couch as the way into what I turned into a speak easy. Threw the new miner makeshift mansion on the other side and then two eagles nests on either side of the train bridge then junk walled it all off. Overall pretty happy with it.
