However, after getting them in hand, I LOVE all of the hidden details that have been placed on them. It's been about 7 years since I've worn an Asics shoe, but the Gel-NYC model is an absolute hit in my opinion.

The shoe reslly was an ode to designer's who use adobe photoshop and illustrator. Hence the checkeded board motif throughout the shoe. From the insole to the back of the shoe.
