In Vampyr the crazy woman in the hospital sometimes quotes the intro monolog of the last Samurai Jack season. I know it is an Easter egg not a detail, but I couldn't wait to share it.

Not sure if this "little detail" was covered before, but in Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, there's a line of dialog that only gets triggered if you choose to leave Farrah behind. It starts at the chapter "Atop A Bird Cage". Farrah is locked behind a gate on the ground floor, you need to climb the "cage" and make your way back into the garden to pull a lever above the cliff to reveal a ladder for her to climb up and meet you. If you let her up immediately, she just says "Thanks". But if you don't, and you enter the next area without her, fighting off the scarabs, you'll essentially be at a dead end, as she is the only one able to open the next door for you to progress. When you finally go back to reveal the ladder for her, the prince makes a joke about "making sure it was safe first". Tiny, but easy to miss, and almost a chore to verify that I did, in fact, hear it correctly 😄

In Time Splitters: Future Perfect, on the Subway multiplayer map, if you go to the switch room above the main set of tracks and interact with the switches, you can call in trains that kill other players if they’re on the tracks Bonus: the announcer on the PA systems has pretty funny dialogue

I remember playing timesplitters. I played the campaign many times, it’s so good. It took me about 3 years since I first started playing to finally be brave enough to play the 3 zombie missions, and I’ve played them in each playthroughs since then. I miss it

In Splatoon 3 at the Inkblot Art Academy you can find a jellyfish (2 since the maps are mirrored) asleep at his work station. If you look around his room, you'll notice concept art for Splatoon 3, implying he's a dev for the game. It's a really nice touch.

Idk if this counts as an easter egg or as a hidden detail but in super smash ultimate the are some characters that take damage while being in the water,like inkling because in their game water killed you. I think that's a nice touch

In High on Life, there’s about 5 little green guys that come out of your house near the start of the game (once you’ve been teleported to space and you’ve done the first mission I THINK) and they are miners from an old Jim Henson tv show called Fraggle Rock (my favourite!)

In Dragon Age Inquisition on the Crestwood Map you can find a giant cheese wheel next to a skeleton. It is behind a hut in the village. Also small shoutout to DA:I. It's still a pretty good game.

In Timesplitters Future perfect during the scottish castle mission you can find a piano before/after (it’s been a while) the tank boss fight, when playing it plays a couple of memorable songs.

In Valheim, you can periodically see a shadowy figure watching you in the distance. You can tell that it’s Odin, because he only has one glowing eye

I dont know if you have covered it before, but in Xenoverse 2, if your character has Jaco's State-of-the-art radio equipped, and you open up the menu in the overworld of Conton City, your character will start to bop and touch their ear, showing that they are listening to, and dancing to music.

In A Plague Tale: Requiem Amicia can be see watching her steps when she take the stairs, also the skins for the crossbow are visible during the cutscenes, so as the piece of armor obtained during a secondary quest and the headband changed during chapter 6.

Not sure if this detail was covered but in Snowrunner, when you go afk your character goes to sleep and time moves faster when your character is asleep and you are in the map.

I barely found this out in Forza Horizon 5, whenever a skill song comes up on the radio, your character driver will begin to dance (bop their head) in the car. And when I switched to another radio station, they stayed still. I l’ve been playing this game for such a long time and stumbled on that by accident.

In the Hitman trilogy, during the "Nightcall" mission you can enter the bathroom in the house and step on the scale on the floor; the scale will read "47.0" Definitely a cute little detail obviously referencing Agent 47, but in the case file on Agent 47 in Hitman: Absolution, 47 is 6'2" tall, and apparently only weighs 47 kilograms. That means that either gravity works differently in the Hitman universe, Agent 47 has no internal organs, or this particular scale uses some unique system of measurement that isn't kilograms

in high on life theres a side thing that has enemies playing volleyball and in a store u can buy a volleyball if u bring it that area the enemies will acnoledge the volleyball and wont attack u although i dont own nor play the game i only know about this thanks to youtube

I've not played High On Life, but I like that yellow gun already. Taking care of ourselves is something that people don't tend to think about doing. It's difficult to, with work, possible issues outside of work, stressing out about this and that and the other thing. We all need to take time for ourselves and just chill sometimes.
