The Fallout Easter egg with the items being got beforehand reminds me of Dragon Quest 8 (PS2 & DS) where if you get a jewel key item that character called Red wants before you meet her, the game acknowledges it with an extra scene. So the scenes with Red will play out as normal and the party will leave another scene occurs where the some party members questions why didn’t they just give it Red and another gives a reason why they didn’t.

And yes, it’s possible to get PW and a mini gun or any powerful weapon without cheats.

You can find all the things you need for the fight against the raiders in fallout 4, just don't help Preston when you start and bugger off, when you find a mini gun, power armour and fusion core out in the open map, you can go back, that's what I did first as I barely do the main camping in Bethesda games and just go off exploring.

There is a way to get the power armor without meeting Preston and his group, you have to go to the church next door. More specifically you have to go up the stairs all the way to the top and get on the roof then with some jumping, you can land on the vertibird tail wing then walk across to get the power armor and mini gun. That’s what I do when I don’t want to talk to Preston, but I want power armor.

If im not mistaken, in that street fighter 4 easter egg. The reason its those 3 specific characters on the plane is because its a scene from the animated movie.

When i first played fallout 4, I did some parkour (like I do with every Bethesda game) and jumped to the plane that I saw on the roof. I already had a power core from something, so I was able to get the armor and gun and I got that dialogue on my first play through.

You can actually get a power armor and all early on, farm north western sends you on a quest to get a necklace, power armor near by, and a power core near the red rocket inside of a cave.

A tiny detail, in both mw2 and mw3 rebooted during campaign price wear full finger gloves but in mw 2019 price wear fingerless gloves so during the flashback mission in mw3 we can see price wearing same fingerless gloves as the mission set in year 2019.

There are in fact several partial, and at least one full suit of power armor in the area, aside from the one in Concord, you just have to delay going and helping Preston and the settlers for awhile in order to explore a bit to locate them. As for the minigun, that is up to random chance pretty much.

You can, if you want, avoid Concord entirely, and come back later at a higher level when you already have a suit of Power Armour and a Minigun. _Not_ advisable on a first playthrough, though, since it's what's designed to point you in the direction of Diamond City.

The game doesn’t really force you to do anything in any order. Same with talking to Codsworth at the beginning, if you beat the game before talking to him the dialogue will be different.

It is VERY possible to get Power Armor and a minigun before helping the Minutemen. Actually, you can complete the entire main story before helping them and there’s unique dialogue for it, like with Codsworth.

You can actually get onto the roof of the building where the power armor is located by jumping onto the Vertibird wing via the adjacent church to the right of the building.Where then if you have a fusion core and high enough strength you can grab both and proceed as normal ( You cannot go backwards to get to Preston and Co.)

A detail I find really funny in Monster Hunter: World Iceborne is related to the fact that you can take a dip in hot springs with a few different interactions one of which sees you jumping in the air to land in the water on your back. Well you can actually land on the floor next to the spring and a special animation will play, this can be done easily by standing on the edge of the water then sprinting towards the outside of the spring while interacting with the it at the same time. Another special animation will play if you're already in bathing and press the dive button while moving towards the ground

There are several power armors all around the Boston area in Fallout 4, you don't have to go to Concord in the beginning and go another way. This way you CAN find a power armor and a minigun before meeting Preston. One power armor can be found not too far away from Sanctuary at another crashed Vertibird.

So in fallout 4 you can go back to concord at any time, you can grab power armour and a minion from anywhere and it will count

You can get a full set of power armor and a fusion core on the overpass before Cambridge. You just need to look left, you can find a lift. That probably won’t be necessary, you can skip there conversion by just walking around and get the stuff.

you do realize that in Fallout 4, you are in no way required to help Preston at all. it is easily possible to do an entire playthrough without ever setting foot in Concord, and you can even ignore Codsworth until after you've beaten the game and get some unique dialogue with him.

In mortal kombat 11, if you play as Johnny cage on the Tank Garage Bunker map he will not be in the background watching the match as usual. But if you do not play as Cage, you can spot him spectating the fight. Similar if you play Kano on the Black Dragon Fight Club map he will not be in the background drinking and sitting on the couch as usual. But if you are not playing as Kano he will be on the couch in the background. On the tournament map, you have a small chance to have for Dan Forden to appear on the front screen in the bottom right corner saying his iconic line “Toasty!”. one last detail is in the achievements for mortal kombat 11 if you find a achievement called “I Want It All” you’ll see that all of the words that start with “C” are replaced with “K”. For the Fallout 4 thing - there is absolutely a way to get those before meeting Preston. You don't _have_ to meet him at the start of the game, or Codsworth for that matter. You are certainly pushed into that area, but you can complete the game without ever talking to either. You can also just grab that power armor by jumping on a plane from the church's roof next door!

You can jump from the roof of the church next to the Museum of Freedom to the roof, if you grab the fusion core and then do that you can get the power armour without even wiping all the raiders out

In fallout 4 you can get to the power armor on the roof by going into the church on the right of the museum, then climb the roof and from there you can hop into the vertabord

with the Fallout power armor/mini-gun one, you can just NOT go to concord for a while, do some other stuff to get your hands on all of the needed stuff. beyond that even if you just do enough to have a fusion core, you can then jump from the church roof next to the town hall to the roof, and continue from there

In fallout 4 If you head east of sanctuary there's a junk yard with a sentry bot you can cause to self destruct to get fusion cores (also a Fatman in the area with one mini nuke) then further east you'll see a satellite building between that and the junk yard is a crashed vertibird with a suit of power armor. In the satellite location is a raider boss with a minigun.

This is kind of a hidden detail but i recently kept playing a lot of mk11. I unlocked the johnny cage announcer. on the fighters screen, when you choose someone johnny will either say the characters name or say something about them. Such as you choose him he calls himself sex machine or for sub-zero he calls him snowman.

The church next to the museum, you can jump from the rooftop of the church to the museum to get the power armour legit, and you'll need to go into the museum to get the FC, no cheats, just trail and error perfecting the jump.

You can relatively easily get both items in fallout 4 I usually have some power armor because not to far to the east of sanctuary is a junkyard and out front is a suit of power armor that lvls with you, you can also get a mini nuke and launcher there. The mini gun you could get any place that could drop it or in some bases but it would involve a fight, just gotta ignore concord and do your own thing for a bit

Rather than going into the room with Preston and jump the gap to the other side, you can go straight to the roof and grab power armor and mini gun. If you go back and talk to them, that’s the dialog you get, nothing about already going to the roof though

You don't have to go to Concord ever. You can beat the entire thing before ever rescuing Preston and the gang. And with a bit of parcours you can get from the churche's belltower on top of the museum to fetch the power armour and minigun.

With the Fallout 4 power armor you can go to the top of the church next to the museum of history building you can parkour next door and grab the power armor and minigun

It is possible to get both power armor, and a minigun before meeting up with Preston. To do this, you need to generally bypass the red rocket stop where you meet dogmeat. This will let you wander a bit further. I forget the specific location, but near Sanctuary Hills, you can find a suit of power armor there, and near that location, a minigun. If you take those two, and then meet dogmeat at red rocket, and head to Preston, you can do that whole situation without needing to use console commands to make it happen.

There are multiple legitimate ways to get power armor before Preston. You could ignore him until after the end game if you want. Or my favorite method is to grab the fusion core under the red rocket you meet dog meat at and using the church to jump on the crashed vertibirds tail.
