So here's a small detail in cyberpunk that's probably been covered already but I played the entirety of the game as much as possible to confirm this suspicion but most of not all the side quests within the game are either referencing or directly named after songs, for example space oddity, knockin on heaven's door, killing in the name

In Fallout: New Vegas with the Wild Wasteland perk, the giant rats in Broc Flower Cave will be named "Rodents of Unusual Size", a reference to the movie The Princess Bride, where the giant rats in the Fire Swamp are called "ROUS", or "Rodents of Unusual Size". Lady Jane in Freeside will also quote the movie when prompted about the ROUS' saying "Oh I assure you, sir, they are very real and very large"

This is just a small detail, but in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, when exploring a tomb, you can light the wall mounted torches by standing next to them with a torch out, or swinging at them with a torch.

Another additional detail on that weed Rytec AMR gun, if you inspect it on the gunsmith and look at the barrel muzzle facing directly at you, the muzzle says something along the lines of "light em' up" engraved on it

It doesn't only happen to motorcycles, anything with an engine makes the cooling metal sound. GTA 5 and Gran Turismo 7 have the same detail of ticking engines.

@@Nisky1999 It's actually just the metal expanding from the heat of the engine. Once the engine stops producing heat, the metal detracts. Hence making that ticking sound.

@@Nisky1999 Well that's the magic of aluminium. Because of its thin layer of oxide on the surface. This makes the metal more lighter and flexible than say steel. But still retains almost the same strength. So it retracts back to its original state no problem. It also has a lower melting point. Meaning, it's more than likely the aluminium will actually 'burn' and leave a black spot rather than actually melt.

In call of duty Black Ops (1), in the beginning of the mekong river mission before your on the boat, if you go to the back of your helicopter at the FOB and jump it gives you the "watch your head" death note. I think Cold War had something like this.

Yep. When infiltrating the giant pyramid, you can find a running helicopter and jump up to the propeller for a free haircut.

Just discovered this today. In Outer Wilds, where you die a lot, if you die by suffocation, the next time you wake up you'll be gasping for more air than by other causes of death. It really sells the core mechanic of the game. Anyway, you should definitely cover Outer Wilds. I think the game really went under the radar back then and I'm convinced it has a lot of hidden details that I missed during my first full playthrough. *edit lil typo

Another small hidden detail in Modern Warfare: 2019, if you have a semi auto weapon equipped and hold down the fire button, you won't hear anything, but if you listen closely as you let go of the fire button, you can hear the trigger reset.

i dont know if you know this or have mentioned this but in the protototype series first game at the start where alex is forced to run away from a chopper if you keep pressing the jump button when your just about to hit the ground the chopper pilot will say something pretty funny

In the Portal 2 co-op campaign you can get an emote near the end where your character will spin around and shoot their portal gun, but if you aim at a portal surface and do the emote then your character will actually shoot a portal

In a game "Cris Tales" around the end of the game you have to go back to the past in order to actually stop the main antagonist of the game, when that happens your total playtime will reverse to when you first got to that area, it's a simple detail and is probably seen in other games, but just wanted to point that out.

Another cool detail inside walking dead saints and sinners is if you find and check the crafting bio of a crowbar it'll say "Perfect for beating off crabs" or something like that An obvious half life reference!

In Lego Star Wars the Skywalker Saga: When Anakin and Obi Wan fight, Obi Wan will force push him after every ‘clash’ between the two, After the line ‘Well then you are lost!’ Obi Wan chose to kill Anakin because well he is lost and cannot he saved by Obi Wan Edit: Same goes for Luke and Vader, Luke tries to kill Vader up to point where he says that he is Luke’s father he will force push him after every clash rather than slashing at him.

Kingdom Hearts 2 - in Beast's Castle, there are portraits and landscapes which are in fact background art used in the film Beauty And The Beast. If you complete the Ursula stage in Atlantica, she will be killed by Eric in the same way she was originally storyboarded to die in the film. Here's a fun one. While Neverland appeared as an world in Kingdom Hearts 1 and Peter Pan was an ally in it, he only appears as a summon in this game. To get his summon, you have to go back to Port Royal and obtain it in the ship graveyard. Both Neverland and Port Royal are pirate-themed worlds so of course this is where Peter would show up.

idk if these counts, but anyway: - in some games of the Papa's series, where there's the option to hire a waiter/waitress, the bell makes a different sound than usual if the one coming to the counter it's the waiter - on Valorant, Chamber has 2 abilities in which he uses a "calling card" (or just a card, idk), tho doing a different animation for each: if you switch from one of those 2 ability to the other one, it will do a different "equip" animation than usual

In Conker Live and Reloaded, there's a small detail in the game over screen. If you game over before the last boss battle you'll see a cutscene of the Panther king using a duck taped conker for a gap in his table. However in the last battle if you game over, the cutscene is no longer present and your prompted with a game over screen

I had a SpongeBob controller and truth or square disc version for the original Wii. I still have the case and disc, but cannot find my controller. I played the game when I was three and went to talk to my Gramma and came back to Skele Bob. I laughed. I saw the game free on Xbox and downloaded it for memes, then realized it was the game I played 11 years ago.

Every time I click one of these, I hope for a mention of the game Nomad, which I've suggested stuff for on numerous videos before, but I don't know why I have so much investment in the idea. The game's from 1993 and didn't sell all that well. However, it's my favorite computer game. But of course, I'm just one person, and most people wouldn't be as invested in hearing about it as I am, and chances are even if more was found that I didn't mention, I'd already know about it, since I've played the game so much over my life.

In Red dead redemption 2, the encounter with the grizzly bear and the wolves, the pelt of the grizzly bear is not 3 stars, it has been damaged by the wolves. (the encounter is found at the frozen lake in the grizzlies mountains.)

You should cover the newly discovered Titanfall 2 Easter egg. It’s on the campaign level where you keep switching time periods. You have to spam the time warp button in front of one of the doors. You can probably find it if you search it.

You should take a look at the newly found easter egg in the Witcher 3. It requires you to wait 7 ingame years after completing a dlc mission.
