Mine doesn’t show the aim assist menu at the same screen as the exclusive profile one so I can only setup one or the other. If I pick tm3 under exclusive does it automatically have aim assist selected? Mine looks organized slightly different than this

Upgraded pc downloaded everything followed instructions got key from hidhid but when I open ds4 from sweat play it shows a default profile now non of the sweat play profile will down load in to ds4?

Yes, if you have decent aim it enhances the aim assist.
