This is a great song to learn for meat and potatoes heavy traditional blues in E
played with your fingers, a combination of pick and fingers, or with a finger and thumb picks.
Jimmy's first sides were cut with fellow Gary IN guitarist John Brim, who went on to make great records of his own with Little Walter backing him, (and who'll definately be a subject of a future video).

Back in the middle 1970s, while all my friends were listening to and buying that disco junk, I was buying Jimmy Reed albums and trying my best to learn this song plus JRs other great songs. Thanks Johnny for the great lessons!🎸

Right on. Sounds right to me. Excellent. One little side note (uh-oh here I go again), If you move that A7 (at the 5th fret) chord Johnny's showing you, over and mute the 2nd string (with whatever finger works for you) you'll have a D7 chord in the voicing that you hear Magic Sam used on many of his recordings for the 5 and 4 chords, some cats get it confused with a 9 chord but it's a 7 with a 5th on top and a root on the bottom. The same shape and voicing as the A7 Johnny's showing you. You can also (in the case of using the 5th, 4th, 3rd, and 1st string) use the 6th string and eliminate the root to have a 5th on the bottom (like T-bone). Great lesson as always Johnny, I love those turn arounds, and you're groove, you've got it goin' on. Kids, listen to Johnny, he knows.

Great one, Johnny! Thanks! That session also produced "Jimmy's Boogie," "I Found My Baby" and "Roll and Rhumba." Jimmy Reed (vocals and harmonica), with John Brim (guitar), unknown bass, Albert King or Morris Wilkerson (drums); Chicago, possibly June 6, 1953
