We should do 45 mins of walk everyday and if possible do cardio excercises atleast thrice a week. 2-3 litres of water is must.

Nahin, apka BP davai se control hai, chhodenege to ekdam se BP badh jayega jisse nuksaan ho skata hai. Diet control karen brisk walk karen aur dheere dheere dose kal karke dekhe, aur se ki salah bhi lete rahe. Khud se koi bhi aisa decision na le davai kobkan ya zyada ya band karne ka
