It’s not as easy as it looks, especially trying to make those lines disappear. You’ll spend a lot of time on that part. They don’t tell you this!

As a barber student the one tip I’ve learned to help my blends look blurry with really short hair(buzz cuts) is to stretch tf out them guidelines

Recién comienzo ens barberia, estoy tomando cursos (voy en la 2ds clase), aún me confundo en los degradados, y no se cómo escalonarlos... Algunos barbers dicen que hay que ir subiendo de 1 en 1 (primero la 0, después la 1 y así hasta llegar a la 3). Pero veo tutoriales y me confundo más, cada quien tiene su estilo. My man that Fade is Crazy bad ass that’s what I ask my barber too do for me but She always Cuts my fade to high on the back and she doesn’t know how to do the from hair Cut and I pay $85 dollars for my Cut and beard 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Yeah bro the fade is nice and blurry but it’s not a high fade it’s more like a medium low because it drops in the back good cut but not a mid fade at all!!

When you use the 1 and the 1 1/2 open, how much higher are you taking that up to?

Not sure if you had a reply by others about it but I do in inch increments. From bald line to 1” length with 1” clip at close setting. Redo with 1” clip with open setting, from bald line to 2” length with 1 1/2” clip with open setting. The process is to meet both lowest and highest lengths at the middle. Bald line being “0” and say the opposite is 1/2” long hair, at the middle is 1/4” in the space of 2”-3” space. Hope I’m explaining it correctly. Best of luck !
