5 жыл бұрынThe High Feed 6 comprises large-diameter cutter bodies with 1,8 mm axial depths of cut and double-sided inserts with six cutting edges for unsurpassed material removal and low operating costs. The cutter performs equally well in all types of high-feed applications, including face milling and plunging operations.

This Head is really good, I use it with great success. IMHO the best thing is the stability because of the thickness of the insert. Only drawback is that it has the tendency of getting warm. So you need to have strong air trough the spindle. If your air pressure is weak, the ISCAR mill4feed handles better. Nevertheless, very good done, @seco!

Seems very similar to Mitsubishi wjx (got one), but your videos are better imo. They even removed my comment where applauded their cutter, lol. Anyway, these beefy trigons are unbreakable with whom I love to push my 40hp spindle to 90% of max

Very impressiv cuts. How much machine power is needed for the side milling operation?

a lot. i work with these tools and we dont use half of the cutting parameters showed in this video because our strongest machines simply cant handle it. still they are the best roughing tools we ever tested.
