There is a singular small habit that is transforming my leadership. This habit has: maximized my time, improved my eating and exercise habits, improved the way I present myself, increased my energy and inspiration, and most of all has improved my relationship with God and my wife. That singular habit has been preparing for the day ahead before I go to bed. My night time routine now includes planning my calendar, preparing meals, and setting out my clothes for the next day. This has lead to early times going to bed, and earlier times waking up as well as so many other changes I've wanted to make over the years. Small habit. Big difference.

I am the servant leader that Jesus loves and favors. I am humble and gentle like Jesus. 3. I am the servant leader that is disciplined and focused. I fix my eyes on Jesus. I run my race with joy. I put the joy before me.

Habit is something that a person does it for long time which is difficult to give up but being open to change and open to learning could open the areas of changing unnecessary habits to new horizon of creating a new identity that determine our positive leadership impact.

I agree with you I am reading the Atomic habit too and practicing Chris McChesney& sean covey 4 Discipline execution and my I am statement is as the child of God day by day I am Practicing being in the Presence of God by the tool book of Peter Scazzero to Be a loving child of God for the sake of others. I can’t be who I am without creating a little daily disciplines of being aware that God’s Presence is always with me and waiting for me to pay attention to Him. Great needed message

May I ask for the video from Pastor Craig that is about why to stay positive. It had eight reasons why to stay positive from Romans chapter 8. I can't seem to find this particular sermon. I had listened to it a while back and it was so encouraging to me! I would love to listen to that sermon again! If someone would please share that video with me that we be great!
