Haha the 4 or 5 jabs when you splat him face to the wall. You obv noticed we get follow up from Bt power crush with ff2, made me smile cuz its 47 damage like old Maven before new tactics. We can do the nasty and cartwheel ender into it but we also have the safe mid option if they stay down with Bt f2.3. 👌

Any advice on how do you move so fast with him I’m a raven main I got the combos kinda down pack and how to use some of his key moves but when it come to movement like side stepping or even tryna out poke someone I fail lol it’s like you get your moves out faster with him when I see your videos and your mixing is crazy like how you go from in and out of stance

I've been loving Raven. One thing I think is overlooked is how powerful his crouch dash cancels are. It makes DB2,1 and DB4 a threat from any range. QCF DB2 hits from range 3.5 and its his best mid poke if you have the execution.

would have agreed in T7 but his best mids are df1 and f23 now following their buffs

@@imortalXsoul Try it. It comes out faster than F23 and has more range. DF1 is also enhanced by canceling out of crouch dash. DF1 alone whiffs at range 2.5, hits at 3.5 when crouch cancelled. Also way more mix ups out of DB2, that's why I think its the best.

@@imortalXsoul That's a string vs a 1 hit and you're -9 on block. CD DB2,1 covers the same range and you're -1 on block. Fair point with the tracking though

I was riding a 7 win streak with Raven in the lower ranks last night until people realized they could block my backturn d3. Since 4,1 is a good punish move into BT, what is the second best option in BT when the opponent just crouch guards immediately after I go in BT?

If you know they're going to duck, why not just throw out a BT 3+4? Launch their ass lol. You can also do BT 1+2 if they're ducking near a wall for wallsplat. Honestly BT becomes more dangerous the more your opponent respects it, so mix and match what feels best in that situation.

@imortalXsoul either you're really good at this game and achieving the highest rank is easy for u, but for most people obtaining the highest rank is very hard. So rank IS and indication of skill. If u don't see this then u don't understand fighting games.
