Ok this skin is 200/10 This skin for high noon is very good design and concept unlike other skins that has repetitive cowboy and cowgirl skinline with dust ,reddish black smoke and butterfly effects this skin is banger for a epic skin For me it's better if this make a legendary skin

So about High Noon Twitch: This was also his other *BEST SKIN* (Besides from Twitch Shadowfoot and Dragonslayer) cuz they reframed Twitch from being an arrogant king of the sewers to a Rat-Crow Plague Doctor hybrid who's also a Harbinger of Death(?) Sure it kinda off putting cuz of the color scheme (High Noon Viktor also has the same issue) but nonetheless *A VERY GOOD SKIN THAT'S DEFINITELY WORTH YOUR BUCK*

And also THE GUN, i just love how the crossbow turns into the gun and lets not put aside the colour scheme too! I love the huge change of color from the usual red wild west style for High Noon.
