Ingredients:
For the Salad:
1 cup soaked and boiled chole (chickpeas)
A pinch of red chili powder
A pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 cucumber, finely chopped
A handful of coriander leaves, finely chopped
For the Dressing:
1 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp pudina (mint) powder
Few drops of lemon juice
For the Dahi Tadka (Curd Tempering):
1/2 cup beaten curd (yogurt)
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
For Garnish:
Grated paneer
White sesame seeds
