The first puzzle is so well designed, there's a second place you can put the answer without rotating and it still makes sense (top row half block offset)

The "fruit" thing is just a quirk of the translation. In Japanese when you want to say "5 of something" then the different types of something's have different "counters" after them. For bananas it's 本 which is the counter for any long object. They probably just tried to translate counters forgetting that English doesn't have them so they made it a bit weird by using "fruit" as the counter in English

In the original Japanese version, the "not" is this character 不 and as you can see it's entirely made up by lines

I thought the switch puzzle was solved by sneaking around a skull, pressing the last button, and then claiming victory because you never went through a skull.

The only issue with Troll logic, is that there are 3 or 4 other equally valid tricks. I.e. for the Switch maze, you could have assumed there was a tiny black circle in the start arrow, meaning all the barriers could dissappear.

For puzzle 3 I ended up drawing a long horizontal line between the 4 and 2 bananas at the bottom, with the second line extending to the right of the starting location which would also result in 10 total (1+2+1+4+2)

That switch puzzle reminded me of baba is you.

I do believe I found an alternate solution to the last puzzle, and it involves 0 teleports.

There is three possible solution for puzzle 2 solution 1: go around the maze solution 2: nobody said you CANT pass through the wall Solution3: your solution

Well the first puzzle has two extra different solutions: 1) It never spcifies that you can't be on the ladder that you are moving 2) It never specified that you can move it only once You could argue that these are cheaty because it's "taking the rules too literally" but the solution shown in the video is even worse as what was moved is not a even ladder in the first place. Still, a very fun puzzle with cool solutions

I saw another path in funny kana puzzle, which i think is far less intended. Basicaly you go to カ that teleports you to 動 in rules, from where you go to 同 and use square as teleport to the end of the maze.

For the last one, I thought since it's all based on the same symbols, why can't you just teleport from the start S, to the instructions, then teleport with the G directly to the end

I had another solution to the Banana puzzle. Start with a long line from the third tree to the fifth. Then add a line between the 2 and 3 bananas. The monkey will fist go from the 3rd to the 5th. Then it will go from the 5th to the 2nd, collecting 3 bananas and then 2 bananas. Then it will go from the 2nd to the 1st collecting a single banana, and end up at the +4 bananas. The other solution may not work in the original Japanese, if they used kanji for numbers.

I expected yhe first puzzle to be solved by moving a ladder while you were on it.

My solution for the maze was you teleport from S at the start and go into the rules, going to the G in the rules, and then teleporting to the goal.

For the teleport maze (テレポート迷路) I thought you'd need to enter first ア, then タ, and lastly ナ. And since サ contains ナ in a sense, one could teleport from ナ to タ, therefore solving the maze.

Inside the box on the last puzzle use the S and connect it to G😂

My solution for switch maze requires you to count the skulls as switches, since the puzzle does not specifically state they can't be both. You have to go on the skull, then step off in the direction you came from and just go around all the skulls straight to the exit.
