I had to live on 17th floor in 24 storied building for about a year. I hated two things: Time it takes to "step out" and the lift (especially if it stops more than once). It would take at least 5minutes to go out of the building. Another time I had to work in 35 or 37th floor on 55 storied building for about two months. Most people don't realize the speed of the wind (and swinging of the building). I guess Hyderabad real estate experts don't have any clue about the impact of the wind, didn't see a single video commenting about it.

We should not use lift in case of fire. Air blows away glass windows if we forget to bolt it

@@V0LKSJAGER Structurally it's not a problem (assuming architect considered all variables during the design and building). People living in the house would feel the house is swinging. It would be uneasy feeling (similar to low intensity earthquake). Google "skyscrapers sway in the wind".

To reduce the weight & construction cost of the building (and better suited for earthquakes), (tall) buildings in the USA built on steel structure frame. I guess, in India we are not concerned about the price or earthquakes that much.

Dont buy houses/flats in urban areas. Go to rural or semi-urban areas and live comfortably without diseases as climate chages would make urban areas non-living places. Get rid off materialistic things like LUXURY houses, CARS, Aeroplans etc

They should do Seismic resiliency tests for all high rise buildings (10+ floors) in Hyderabad. Earthquake resistance upto 6 or 7 on Richter scale should be considered for the resilience.

Undivided land is very less . IT is big profit to Builder in long run.. Polution is more at high range.

High range apartments are always risky and unsafe for fire accidents, heavy wind cyclones and earthquakes. Lifts problems (during power failure and breakdowns) will be more. Even if the lift works well also it will take a minimum of 5 mts to step down from the floor. If the lift is busy by that time we have to add some more time of waiting also. Undivided land share will be very very less (economically loss). Hence, it will always be better to go for a low range (5 to 10 flors ) apartments.

Risks of high rise are fire accidents, high resource intensive, lift issues, high wind pressure, health issues due to hormones.

12 to 15 floors is optimal. Even 12 to 15 floors are riskier than the Ideal 5 Floor apartment. Risk is about power, fire and lifts. Then the society plus residents of the 15 floor apartment must be highly disciplined, hard working, dedicated and peace loving professional and organised. WILL THIS BE POSSIBLE? SO MAXIMUM 12 TO 15 FLOORS IS MANAGEABLE. FIVE FLOORS IS IDEAL

Vertical development of cities is very important like countries like India, but engineering, quality vigilance should improve. Horizontal development leads to lot of urbanization and deforestation and coverting farming lands to real estate is very bad. Your analysis is true up to some extent but it is very incomplete and irrelavent.. and keep in mind Vertical development is representation of great development.

In High Rise Apartments, lots of Flats would be there in each Vertical. Then why the 'Common Areas Percentage' is not coming down ? Why it is still 30 or above percentage ? Every customer should ask this Qs to the Builder. As lots of Flats are there in each vertical, builder is giving very very less UDS, then why common areas percentage is increasing ?

1) Direct lift - These days lifts are very advanced. They are very fast , any break down it stops in same floor , 3 level failure control ( 100% safe lifts) 2) High rise lo pollution- better view and less mosquitoes. Pollution depends on many factors 3) undivided share - this is correct , But not all high rise . I suggest any apartment 30 floors is good 4) ELEDERS - this problem is only for few young and elder I am going to come with counter video .
