First of all the high rise apartments are constructed total with concrete, no bricks are used, second the high rise apartments are earthquake resistant Third high rise apartment lasts for 100 years whereas normal apartments only lasts maximum of 40 years, Lastly high rise apartments have excellent infrastructure and ventilation I am sure this above guy is not staying in high rise apartment, first he should experience the life style of high rise apartment and give suggestions.

Kokapet 100cr is the max price paid, for just 1 acre only. Not all acres fetched that price. This was purchased by a builder to strategically gain access to a 100ft road, so they can build high rise. High rises cost extra to build. But no high rise building is selling for 4k over the average price. If the average price of an area is 5k, then the high rise usually sells for about 6k, not 5+4k. High rises have upto 10 lifts, each with independent power source. They also have larger lifts to accommodate stretchers to move patients. Most high rises are taken up by high profile builders. So you can be sure of the quality they use. It is the smaller builders who we need to worry about w.r.t material quality.

High rise appartments కొంటె భారీగా నష్టం. 4 floors building దాటి యెవరూ కొనవద్దు. Apparment లో మనకు వచ్చే land తగ్గిపోతుంది.
Kadu mastaru simple ga statements pass chesaru but not saying what is the issue. Rera rules vunnai but no use of act. IPC ke value ledu enka rera ke em value vuntadi.

Nothing worthwhile here. What is the danger in the high raise apartment not explained. It seems only commercial talk.
Sir agree with you to verify the rules, permissions, quality properly of ANY PROJECT not only HIGH RISE. But you may be against to HIGH RISES. :) Those also needed as an INTERNATIONAL brand value of Hyderabad to flag high. It is good if we Compare Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi etc metros. Yes. unlimited FSI is not recommended unless govt shows proper infra, water etc.

😂😂😂😂 one should know common difference between horizontal vs Vertical city, what is natural what is Not. Also what are salary ranges and how many can afford. Yes Appartments are not Bad, But are they needed? If needed Those flats should be much much cheaper, Not like this 8K, 10 k Sqft. price. (Only rich NRIs are crying when people saying Highrise is a stupid thing in Hyd).
