I’m not the creator but I am a volleyball player lol it just takes a lot of individual practices of the different skills. I would also say if you’re not doing well in a particular skill focus on that a lot. I would also so condition and working out comes into play as well as far as jumping higher and spiking harder.

At this specific tournament we played 3, games + bracket game for bronze.. if i'm remembering correctly :)
