Using a big gear then a small gear would make it go substantially faster though it would sacrifice some torque

It's a 550 motor. Can usually handle 100-150w. His controller will be 50w

775 motor Gears are 3d printed with PLA They are helical gears to reduce noise and increase efficiency

Hey brother thats amazing. Can YOU help me that if you light up only 60w LED then the system would run perpetually... Because the dia, weight, rpm stores 6-7 w more than it is supplied I found in my calculation...

Yes, it would run longer if there was no friction and energy losses. But practically, this is not possible. Some of the energy is lost in friction due to the bearings and gears and also the efficiency of the motor. So, the run time is lesser than the calculated ideal value.

why not use a brushless motor instead of a brushed one?

You can use a brushless motor. It will actually be more efficient than a brushed motor. But it is more expensive and it produces 3 phase AC which needs to be rectified into DC.
