This episode covers two days of fishing aboard our 25' X3 Shallow Sport Bay Boat! We start out catching a nice grouper with our friends and then try for wahoo the first day, but after an hour and a half of high speed trolling with zero bites we do a little bottom fishing before heading home for the day. However, then next day the weather was absolutely beautiful and we wanted revenge on the wahoo! We headed out for the afternoon and within 20 minutes scored a big wahoo! Back at home we prepared it 4 or 5 different ways and had a feast! Enjoy!

I absolutely love charlie ❤ something special about a man who knows how to cook, especially cooking fish. He knows what hes doing and is confident. Not only does it look visually appealing, but the amount of spices he adds looks proportionate with any type of fish he prepares. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

We probably take it for granted sometimes. We definitely eat it more fish nowadays than we did growing up . I still love a good steak though

Wow two great fish. We trailered our boat from Pensacola to Islamorada for Thanksgiving. We pulled into Bud and Mary's and ran into Sassy Sarah. She was looking very pretty on Thanksgiving day and she told me to ask you who taught you to change the oil on the outboards.

I once went wahoo fishing off North Carolina and basically a school just ran into us and after fileting at the docks, 250 lbs of meat. There's no way to keep all you catch, sell some or you too will have no freezer space for a long long time.

i just came back from Aruba, i went on a charter and caught a 44inch Wahoo... how come you troll a lot after then the charter I went on? also, you guys iced it down, mine they kept it in the live well with the door open, in the sun. kind of weird huh?

Nice fish! Congrats! Ice is definitely best but some places don’t have access to ice as Easy. Depends how long the charter trip was for, but we always like to give a good effort
