I’m a disabled military veteran , who just so happened to come across your videos and I love how you explain to people the differences etc. I know nothing about watches and the only one I Own is a citizen eco drive that belonged to my grandfather. That watch has the same feeling to me that I’m sure I’d feel when the day comes that I can buy myself a rolex. Thanks for the videos guys !

I love the transparency and communication from this guy. He knows how to haggle and play with the schwindlers and hustlers, but when a genuine, honest buyer comes up, he speaks clearly, transparently, and honestly with knowledge of both the watch and the business.

Great episode! I would look into Ft. Lauderdale Intercostal or Palm Beach areas for a South Florida Branch but Miami always works.

Love the episode. Always have this question, when they buy watches without papers/box. How are they sure they are not stolen? I guess the relationship from the sellers? But in sure they must take in trade from customers etc.

My dad got me into watches when I was 11, 12 (I’m 42 now). He was a serious collector at one point and I loved tagging along with him to go see his dealers. I don’t want to sound bougie, but the watch scene back in the 80s and early 90s felt so much classier… it was like a gentlemen’s game.

@@kraftmayo Omega Speedmaster was the first one that actually my mom bought for me. I still have it to this day. After that piece, they really didn’t get me anything, although my dad had given me couple of his Patek Philippe that he purchased back in the late 80s

Office space with a lounge and a few watches in stock work best. A small number of "available pieces" and a great consultant to show you "available tomorrow" And a lounge, because it will be a more "relaxed" way of selling + it mimicks what you have in your office!

I enjoy your videos. I am 80 years old and have always loved watches. I have a drawer with several old "Pocket Ben" , one really old Omega, and a bunch of other cheap Seikos. I only had one really nice watch in my life, an Omega Seamaster I bought in Vietnam through the Army PX. I loved that watch and was able to buy it cheap, but sadly it was torn from my wrist in a hydroplane wreck in 1969. The found my boat, but Now I wish they had found my watch and left the boat. Sorry for rattling on, but I do enjoy seeing all the fantastic watches.

At 13:00 that was clever negotiating, using buying two to reduce the cost of both and then at the end saying ahh no il just take the Daytona, got himself that at the discounted price as if he was buying the two. Great tactic that.

The one person mentioning how many loses you can take and still win. Very sage advice to me. A few failures with a big success. Still makes you up. In other words take a few loses on the way as long as you win in the end.

Like all the content. My only feedback is the same for all videos. The watch dial shots need to be upclose and held for longer. Most videos either have them at a distance, to the side or just a quick peak then back to the person talking. I would prefer to see the watch longer during the video shoots. The watch staging is the only opportunity I see. Keep the videos coming. Love to see the private collections of your customers as well.
