Here's Episode 8 of High Street Histories, part of the ten-part series of illustrated conversations between Ivan Bunn and Dean Parkin. Travelling back in time to explore Lowestoft's historic High Street, Ivan and Dean share stories about the buildings and shops found there, past and present.
This episode revisits the heyday of Devereux's Stores and looks at other shops and houses in the area of the Globe Inn, including the iconic Flint House, built in 1586.
