The problem is diet. When you work out, you are also eating the right things to give you maximum advantage in the gym. "How he said it"? This is a prime example of women being extremely emotional. Doesn't matter how he said it, the end result is still the same. Either way, rejection is a hard pill to swallow.. for a woman to take herself out of a competition based on someone else's experience in which she has no connection to is ridiculous!

He’s not understanding that just because a person looks healthy, which in his opinion looks fit. That’s not the case. My bestfriend works in the medical field and has told me she have seen ppl who are in the 200lb range and they are not diabetic, no high blood pressure, no high cholesterol etc. So instead of him saying healthy he should just say fit. Two different things.

Obesity is a disease itself. It doesn’t matter if the person isn’t hypertensive, diabetic etc. Being obese is NOT healthy.

It's nothing wrong with having a preference, but I think the way he spoke about it came off a bit rude. Maybe, it's his accent, I'm not sure. It's not always what you say yet how you say it.
